An economic evaluation would have conducted buying new equipment vs patchwork maintenance of existing fleet, which I thought they were going to lease but leasing probably expensive.. Savings would significant and above cost of capital.. loan is for 24 months.. I reckon payback Would be better than 2 yrs.. shouldn't be afraid of debt as long it is managed and utilised correctly
I agree with comments that uncertainty is depressing the sp.. from what gathering commissioning underway plant 1.. once completed DPIM has to do their safety checks/ approve.. my guess would be looking at mid April start-up..
