Fair call too hoodle. The recent price action on no news is looking like a pre cap raise pump to me. From what I can tell to date they only have an option on a piece of industrial land. Also have a look at the overheads as a ratio to money actually spent on the project, is it the worst ratio on the asx? All in my own opinion.
