I understand your frustration, but I seriously think Dato et al are awaiting confirmation that JB is OUT before updating the market. Once we get that, let's judge them on news flow from that point onwards.
If you think the ASX and ASIC are gonna chase BEZ on "withheld" information, you ain't been in this caper long enough. There are companies literally stealing funds from shareholders without recompense, whilst their Execs walk away with millions in payouts. ASIC and ASX have no idea, nor inclination to chase shadows.
