Staffing, experience, management.
If we are providing the equipment, their fee would be lower. Otherwise we could take bidders for mining contractor.
When Lotus Hall is providing equipment, I don't see how anybody else can bid against them, as LH have a parking lot full of equipment right next door.
But if we're the owners, we could hire staff or take bids. I'd imagine we might hire some staff and reduce the reliance on LH.
