Gimmegimme you posted a reference some time back quoting Tom Ebcas Jr. who I believe is with MASS-SPECC. Is there any further news you know of from that source that might shine some light on the testing process that appears to have ground to a halt. Particularly on top of the Pinoy announcement of a big thing coming up, also some time ago.
