As an ex-POS holder I think it's a v.v.good strategic deal for MIN. It's good too for POS but only insofar as they get to keep their doors open by selling part of the portfolio (in a distressed Ni market), thus avoiding a massive near-term CR or, worse, VA.
Hats off to CE for having the balance sheet and foresight to swoop on this at a distressed price.
