Had a look at those notes, you could be right, could be them. If so, they should be done soon. 63m shares, most of them went to Cornerstone Investor Thorney. Maybe they converted, sold above 2-3c and some now, who knows. But one would expect a CI to hold on for a much higher price. Or one of their clients wanted out, so many reasons why and who.
But again, if W2V delivers, that all will be forgotten.
