Lots of rose coloured glasses assumptions being made by the consortium.
ARNs share price has been in a downward spiral since Jan '22. The share price experienced a temporary boost after the SXL offer, but since then its continuing to make record lows almost every other week.
This will be a Grant Broadcasters acquisition all over again! My prediction is, that if the offer is accepted, the ARN newco MC will be $350m, or less, with more dilution, in 12 months time.
This is shaping up to be a disaster for all LT holders in both companies imho.
Id like to know if this acquisition is being driven by the ARN board or Anchorage and their buddies at Spheria?
