I think I've said a lot of things that were wrong. So, bearing that in mind.....

They are tantalisingly close to hitting some of those milestones that will add value to the company (Germany GBA, FDA, percutaneous implants, more sales). But any strategic partner or acquirer isn't going to stump up a premium in the absence of those milestones. I'm guessing the company thinks it's worth much more than any interest so far. In the very short term, an interested party might stump up a premium if the company is about to raise cash and issue lots more shares. So the cash gives us more time to kick some goals.

On the plus side, I don't think they would have proceeded with a CR without a reasonable level of support from somewhere. I'm curious to see where that interest is.

No idea on the price. I will assume though that it won't be at the kind of ridiculous discount we saw last year (I still cannot understand what happened there. It just slaughtered the market value of the company.....)

Post CR we will have more cash, but there will be a lot of shares, and it will be much harder for positive news to move the share price.
