Selling arguably the best asset in the portfolio at distressed pricing during a sector downturn is a master stroke of strategic genius. It's certainly not something you do two years earlier, or wait until you've almost run out of cash and are scratching around for alternatives. Only a mental midget would argue otherwise, right?
It will be interesting to read just how low the cash position gets at end-March, sans the $1M Signing Consideration, when the quarterly is released in late-April.
