I am assuming you are referring to this pressure vessel - World's largest 3D Printed, Verified Oil Gas Piping Part AML3D. However, it was printed to demonstrate the capability to print similar parts to standard and specification for companies like Chevron and Exxon, and have the part certified by Lloyd’s Register. It wasn't printed as a part of any contract for a specific company so we wouldn't have been able to receive feedback. However, the testing of the part went well and exceeded requirements easily. It also followed with site visits from Chevron and AML is still printing subsea pipeline fittings for Chevron although not very materially significant.

IMO it is a huge company success story, it just hasn't translated into monetary value yet.
