I look for those things too, but add in "low market cap" as that means the torque is even better.
GLV with a $7m market cap a few days ago could easily reach $70m market cap which is 10x. A $500m company would have to achieve $5b cap for the same return.
$100m market cap is achievable for GLN before a drill hits the ground, we have IVZ as a recent example of this. Do your calculations on what SP that would equate to and what that would mean for the options.
