Like many on Hotcopper -- I am NOT an expert in Stocks, Shares, Financial Investing nor do I ever claim to have the intricate and professional working knowledge of the Industries that Companies are Involved in.

I follow the Threads, to find what other people -- may think of a Stock and whether the Stock has potential to make some money -- a Profit -- once I sell my Shares.
There is a great Depth of Knowledge - shared by fellow Posters -- WHO DO KNOW what the Industry entails -- who are passionate about EXR and similar speculative companies.
What does make the EXR thread entertaining is the alternate opinions -- some with realistic and reasonable counter-arguments to the Risks involved-
and others -- just looking for a reaction or acceptance .......

A good logical argument reason, with examples of possibilities --is always good.
