But, let's give some credit to the try hard team.... what if EXR does find the goodies..... the major question is, can they successful extract it? Like 100's Thousand other Oil/Gas companies that "Buy" Tenements well known containing Oil/GAS that others for years tried unsuccessfully to extract?..... That's the business...... Not Saying Grandis does not have the goods, and/or can not extract it from the underground..... but...... what if they CAN NOT? It will be a simple DUSTER as 100's , Thousands of other companies have been...... Simple right....
What if another LTR moment happens here if EXR does succeed bringing "DISCOVERY"....... Majors can play this tiny spec like a doll....... buy and short as they like.... that would be awesome for anyone following the action.....I hope for sure.......
