Well they aren't replying to emails and they aren't answering the phone.
Having Guy on the board just makes this even more unbelievable.
It's either very very bad or very very good - there really is no middle ground.
Bad = massive dilution at a very low price (or even NO funds...)
Good = limited dilution at near SP with a viable longterm insto investor.
What a time to be alive.
