The thing I look at is staff turnover at the leadership level.
We haven’t had the changeover in CMO and Clinical Leadership like we experienced over the years. While I believe Dr Paul W and his team are highly respected, it also says to me they’re keen to stay at Imugene because they believe in the products and see a future (plus would look good on the cv).
