The long term charts/actions say the most but outside most trader's patience range.
Even if historic silver breakout confirmed, will take time for SVL to react but when reacts is likely to go from dead to ballistic in a few blinks ( ?months)- but in the meantime,before this,if break out confirm,time to back up road train....certainly not sell SVL as some do.
Motives can only be guessed at but often US instos. flogging retail's psyche before buying in more volume.Same playbook time and again.
