HZR oversubscribed and approaching commercialisation stage. This will be watched with great importance by European govts rather than the Australian govt even with the ARENA financing agreement. Europeans (ie German govt) see hydrogen as a way forward out of the mess they have made with their own energy policies. GLTAH
