You have no idea of how a server works or how heat is produce and why servers (Server CPU's) consume a lot of power and then the requirement to keep these CPU's ideally below 100c.
CPU's contain thousands of millions of transistors and each one of those transistors change state and that uses power and power produces heat and the heat needs to be removed by cooling the processors or they will literally cook themselves to death. That is why you have a cooling fan on your CPU and in a lot of cases they have a liquid refrigerant covering the CPU"s to keep them cool.
I Started out on Alpha Servers running from 16 CPU's to 49 CPU's on a single board. The heat produced is huge.
In the modern Data centers the heat extracted from the servers is used to produce hot water and heating in the Data Center complex.
The only thing memory cell does is store a "Change of State" That Change of State is either a 1 or a 0 and remains static until it is addressed again.
It draws next to no power and negligible heat during the cycle of change, where as the junctions of the thousands of millions of transistor junctions have a lot of power passing through and thus produces a lot of heat at the junction.
