Gold going off again tonight. USD $1,400 may get hit. Up lift continues to buoy AUD price...
1st quarter production out soon. One of the lowest cost/highest margin mines in AUS. 24,133K oz produced last quarter at a cash costs of $464 / oz and sold at $1,294 for is produced @ margin over cash costs for $24M.
What to spend the the next 20M + on...RMS here are some suggestions:
1 Get 2nd mine, Mt Magnet online NOW and announce an immediate ramp up to 200K oz GOLD pa production y/e 2010/11.
2 Begin a share buy back! Gold resource vs cap RMS is 3-4 times undervalued to its peers now. RMS may be best to "buy itself" on behalf of its shareholders with spare cash.
3 ? Thoughts... ?
