Sabanci- 10th August $2.4M
The sale of the System has been agreed with Sabanci University by Seha Mühendislik Müşavirlik
Ticaret ve Makina Sanayi A.Ş. who is acting as an agent for Titomic. The System has been sold for
EUR1.4 million (AUD2.4 million) and is expected to be delivered, installed, and paid for by April 2024.
The System incorporates Titomic’s roboticised high-pressure Titomic Kinetic Fusion technology, also
known as cold spray, to enable novel additive manufacturing, material science, and surface
engineering capabilities.

Airbus- 16th October - 40% = $258K
As part of the agreement, Airbus has issued a purchase order for two Titomic Kinetic Fusion systems
(“System” or “Systems” for EUR 386,900 (AUD 645,000), subject to Airbus’ final configuration
requirements.
Titomic will recognise the revenue for this sale in three stages - 50% of the revenue has been
recognised upon receipt of the purchase order, with an additional 40% to be recognised before shipping
the Systems, with the remaining 10% to be recognised after the successful completion of the Site
Acceptance Testing.

EPCOR -21st November - $516K
The ISB was sold to EPCOR for EUR 310,000 (AUD 516,615) and is expected to be delivered and
installed in the coming months
