I hope they take into consideration the plight of long-term retail holders. Holders that haven't been repeatedly trading this stock. Those who applied for extra to mitigate against the continuous dilution of their holdings. Not to the so called sophisticated investors, who always seem to be given the opportunity to skim the cream.
