I see the announcement as some positive spin to counter the bleeding obvious....the dump will come how that ML have loaded up 26 mil shares at 8cents + Tinaldo is currently producing less oil after the 3rd acid soak that is did after the 2nd + slow JV response.
I'll be waiting fo the dust to settle and ill be back in again after selling all mine today.
