it doesnt necessarily mean that the market will rerate WOW back to a PE of 25+, now viewing the company differently and particularly if there is increased regulatory risk and more competition.
supermarket businesses are very low margin companies and don't deserve high PEs .
ROC is only 10 - 11%.
i do understand the defensive earnings argument but think it is being de-rated perhaps permanently to lower PEs.
