It's only this week that BHP finally recovered from the fall from when the bid was announced to a very unreceptive market on August 18.
Price before the announcement was $39.60. So in almost two months BHP has stacked on all of $1.30.
Doesn't mean the acquisition won't be good...
But where it counts, in the market, the market don't like it.
By the way, we now have either a proper breakout, or another gapped up island reversal in the making.
