It’s protected because it’s the big end that turnover huge amounts of cash and the ASX doesn’t want to lose their business as if they can’t “rig” the market they won’t want to play at all and will go somewhere else where they can. Corruption breeds more corruption and blind Freddy can see how crooked the market is, anybody in Government or ASX regulators who dismiss it as fair game creating liquidity are just liars but lying is like a built in part of their breed so they easily can keep a straight face to support it. Someone should bring it for mention in Parliament but the laughter that would follow would become chaotic and would need a 10 minute break to pull themselves together and restore order.
