1. No I didn't buy any Fusion.
2. You are missing that these deals are almost never hostile. Unless CU6 wants to be bought then it is very unlikely that AZ would announce a deal. CU6 is playing for a bigger outcome than Fusion, and given the data we have seen to date, this is the right way to go.
