Really should be making this a DCF even for a back of the envelope, but your point holds even when you go through that process (which I did a while ago).
I'm a bit less conservative on grade and tonnage but overall assume similar inputs and end up with a NPV10 in the ~4 billion range. Lots of upside there too, so this will continue to re-rate as risks are removed.
