It seems to suggest they don't expect the share price to look attractive to these holders anytime soon .
Doing them a favour by saving them on any disposal costs for these fortunate share holders.
Also seems to suggest they expect the share price to be crap for quite a while.
Not prepared to do much about it either except lower some admin costs.
