Yes it's good to temper expectations a bit, only 65% of Americans have health insurance so the potential market is more like double the size of Japan not triple.
Also I recall a video of Matt or Howie saying that they think the insurance companies would likely only pay $540 so Bot will probably only charge $540 so there's no gap payment for consumers.
Another concern is the delay from the relabeling will have allowed people to try qbrexa and more than 40% of them will have experienced zero side effects so they are unlikely to change products if they are having success with the competition.
That said at $6000 per year per person 50,000 patients will bring in 300million $ so there is still amazing possibility for huge profits here. Aimo
