A CR despite it being dilutive for SH is probably the best way to go if they have found a lucrative PDP ledger which fits within their purchasing parameters. To raise debt at this stage is increasing already high debt levels as well as paying interest rates which are still higher than their competitors. I do not like being diluted but when the chips are down I will concede that this has to be the way. KJ just make sure you are inclusive of SH because I can see that a major holder has probably already accepted a large proportion of what is to be offered.
