Definitely a leaky ship and some insider buying, but 750K vs normal 250K volume, probably not enough to attract the attention of ASIC or ASX, who are rabid hyenas when it comes to small entities they can easily bully, or overt contraventions by banks and brokers they can easily prove, but aboslute toothless tigers when it comes to the big boys with more subtle offences.
