Not sure where people get the idea that RR would not proceed when they still stand to make a bucket load!
I think it is more a lets sit down and talk about this and i think it comes back to the extra 20% and NO decision and NO signing of Shell pipeline
but lets see what the next few weeks brings as mitchon said NO other O&G did anything and now shell is increasing production
