We do know, legally they have to put out an announcement for every 1% Change.
If ORR dont recommend PRU offer then Nick and Tim wont sign letter of intent.
Interesting times and I do think the long term
play is to get 80% not 50% for PRU so they will need to buy fengy out at some point.
