So I decided to check Geoview after today's announcement to see if tenement changes have occurred around the Baldhill mine area. Interestingly enough there has been.
Bloomier Resources/Liatam (previous Chinese owners of Baldhill) have surrendered nearby tenements to the east of the mine. Tenements in this area are now hotly contented and in demand. There are over 7 applications on these two new tenements, including applications from Mineral Resources and Arcadium Lithium.
There is also one new business entity I have not seen before - New Dawn Lithium PTY LTD
Looks like TOR has been laying the groundwork for some possible future options.
1. Place all the lithium assets in this new entity and spin it out into a new listed company. The Gold and Nickel assets will remain in TOR
2. The New Dawn entity will host some or all the lithium assets for a possible JV agreement. TOR will then have a % ownership of this JV entity.
