Agree with everything except for your expect share price of 60-70 cents. It would only be that kind of price if the data is not that impressive but a BP still wants it. If the data is impressive, ie many complete response and strong partial response, then that kind of low ball bid will only lead to competing bids challenging for ownership of IMU.
Just my opinion.
