That was my question I asked today about Hub 7 and not so sure I got a satisfactory answer. If BKW couldn't raise funds on 18% gearing I will eat my hat. Also, it cost them so "little" and would have added a nice mix of rental assets with income forever.. Also thanks to Tim for his considered comments. Always nice to read.
