I agree! the ex-directors need to put up their last fight. Although, we know that without the small shareholder support the result gets repeated! We have 3% support from the small shareholders. We need 25% or so. Regardless of the vote results, I think we are better off to fight for it. At least we have done our bit, and it is proof that the guy controls more than 16% he claims. I have not heard a single argument in support of the chairman that makes any sense. it is clear he is acting out of personal agenda and has support of selected few who act in sync with each other. to ex-directors I would say, it is your fight! we will support you as much as we can, but you need to fight for it NOW! The so far passives, might join if they see your leadership!
