That might be the case, but also bear in mind that the price has 10 folded since the announcement, volumes are bound to drop as the price of each share increases dramatically. It's not as easy to purchase 1 million shares anymore for example! With the price steps increased from 0.1c to 0.5c, traders and investors alike do not need such high volumes as when it was below 10c to make meaningful profits
