March 21 (Reuters) - Macquarie Group (MQG) said on Wednesday its asset management unit has sold a 55.21% stake in Czech Grid Holdings (CGH) to CEZ Group in a deal that gives the natural gas distributor an enterprise value of 4 billion euros ($4.36 billion).
