it’s not illegal Spid. Geez you come up with some fantasy BS. BMCG isn’t an individual it’s a company. Individuals that form that company are free to buy whatever they want. BMCG is free to sell whatever they want.
Why would individuals need to apply to be a substantial holder Spid. How many shares do they need to own to be a substantial holder? Maybe they have some in their wife’s name, SMSF or trust accounts. You have no idea and to say it would be illegal is just more of your BS. You should be removed from this forum.
