so you're saying that they have spent all that time and effort negotiating a deal, and rather than sign it off with a standard contingency clause that the other company is taking the risk that MSB may (i know don't laugh) be negotiating with other parties - if nothing is signed, then nothing is guaranteed and if something IS signed - even an mou or exclusivity agreement, then the market should be notified.
all sorts of contingent clause announcements come to market all the time.
i would posit that they haven,t because they don't exist.
