Angola arrangement is slow at repatriating funds but it has been happening and they have not reneged. It has been funding exploration work in Africa and Australia. I am sure they have been trying hard to find a way to increase LOM's share and they might succeed in doing so. Merlin JORC is much greater than their other prospects. They have enough expertise and continuity of operations to figure out how to make Merlin profitable.
