If anybody was in any doubt that that publication which calls itself the 'Rare Earth Observer' is anything other than a Chinese CCP dictated to propaganda machine, then they need only read this weeks diatribe. Which nothing but an attack on Non-Chinese sources of information and a defense of Chinese operations.
