And this is TMT, AVL, did anyone expect anything to ever go our way and be smooth sailing? Could have bet a sure thing an appeal would happen and get the same odds for it being submitted on the very last day..
Can we also bet that EPA will drag their feet at every stage and it's past the new Financial Year starting before we even know what's going on with it again? I'd not bet against that either.
As Lewis said though, we still have other stuff going on so as much as EPA approval now would be fantastic, not having it doesn't actually hold anything up. We're still not set on a development plan, and financing etc is probably more dependent on that at this stage vs EPA approval.
Still, the appeal is another question mark, another extended timeline without an end date, and added uncertainty into the equation already containing several uncertainties,, so I am still very unhappy that an appeal needed to be lodged and we couldn't just catch a break for once.
