That does not prevent it being cleaned up just makes it much more difficult, but with a new competent board good asset and recapitalize it with new money/supporters & consolidation the ship can be turned around and value can be created for SH just takes hard work and some patience executing the plan... The current mess is unacceptable rudderless ship drifting further into troubled waters..
