I would be surprised if PAA ann anything regarding a CR prior to ODD.
1. It will affect the level of funding required.
2. It will affect the SP at time of pricing.
Listed companies are like rockstars, allways late to the gig. One would think they would let their timeline slip if it is in company best interests. I am sure they have plenty of work to go on with anyway
