OK. I’ll play too.

The government would have several secrets which would be critically important to AGY. Such as actually when and if the 12K and 25K permits will be issued. There will be other secrets as well. That would make sense of it being written in Spanish and hard to find. And not known to the market.

So if someone has discovered a secret which absolutely guarantees the expansion plans of AGY, then not telling everyone on HC, and waiting for the SP to float down for further buying opportunities would be a great reason to keep that secret.

Clearly pontificating here, and it’ll all be for nothing if AGY can’t solve the current production issues.
