instituional investors may be building profile through hedge funds as direct investment is a risk if things go pear shaped.
At least through hedge funds it may not be the case depending on the arrangement.
put simply, the current trading (whoever is capping n scalping) IMO tries to change the scales between retailers and non-retailers.
