Hate to tell you this, but in this case he was right (not using the words SPOT ON). Back in Sep-2017, at $5.17 it was on the way down. It didn't get back over $5.00 for another 16 months. So he was right, that time... As others mentioned, a stopped clock is right two times per day. So if you're always predicting a drop, you'll get it right from time to time.
Don't beleive for a second because a wild stab in the dark back then was correct that he'll be correct today. No way I'll be selling / buying on his advice in an attempt to gain a few extra dollars (and pay some CGT). I'll just hold, and add more when I have spare cash.
